Whoop Pty Ltd and Whoop Logistics Pty Ltd (together “Whoop”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respect your privacy. • shipment details you provide, such as origin and destination, cargo description, weights, dimensions and preferred dates;

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and manage shipments, meet customs, regulatory and record-keeping requirements, communicate with you about your shipments, and improve our services and website. We do not sell your personal information.

To move your cargo we may share relevant information with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, customs brokers, overseas agents and partners, warehouse operators, insurers, and government or customs authorities. We may also use service providers for email, website hosting and IT support. Some of these parties are located outside Australia and South Africa, depending on where your cargo is travelling. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information appropriately.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
